<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Roberto nos presenta su BMW M3 e36 de 1997. Un sueño que perseguía desde niño a través de la gran pasión inculcada por su padre, y que cuando cumplió 21 años pudo hacer realidad. Hoy, 19 años más tarde, Roberto sigue igual de enamorado e ilusionado con esta máquina.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tras una búsqueda exhaustiva, Roberto se hizo con esta unidad tan especial. Se trata de la versión de 3.200cc con sistema doble vanos y 6 velocidades. Pero más allá de dejarlo de serie, el coche cuenta con una preparación a fondo enfocada a disfrutarlo como tracktool, pero sin perder un ápice de fiabilidad en la calle.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En la parte mecánica, el motor se rehizo por completo entero hasta alcanzar los 340cv. Para ello se trabajó una reconstrucción completa con pistones forjados, árboles y bielas deportivos, radiadores Mishimoto de agua y aceite y todo el sistema de distribución y bombas nuevos para garantizar la máxima fiabilidad en circuito y tramos.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para transmitir toda la potencia correctamente hasta las ruedas, también se reconstruyó por completo el diferencial autoblocante y se instaló un sistema de cambio shortshift RTD. Además, para resaltar el sonido característico del M3 se instaló una línea de escape Supersprint Race.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En la parte dinámica se instaló un sistema de suspensión KW variante 3 que permite no sólo regular la altura, sino también la dureza y rigidiez de rebote en extensión y compresión, lo que permite ajustar su comportamiento al detalle.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Igualmente, los frenos no se dejaron de origen, instalado un sistema mejorado con pinzas Brembo de 4 pistones.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En cuanto al aspecto estético Roberto quiso mantener la esencia original de BMW, pero aportando un toque más racing. Para ello instaló un lip delantero y alerón de M3 GT, componentes míticos de la historia de este modelo, y se instalaron faros delanteros y antinieblas amarillos, que resaltan sobre el rojo vivo característico del M3.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En el interior el enfoqueracing sigue marcando la imagen con una jaula antivuelco que además da rigidez a todo el conjunto, supresión de plazas traseras y backets Recaro con arneses que permiten anclarse incluso en la conducción más deportiva. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pero el calentón de Roberto con este coche no termina aquí, y ya está pensando en los próximos pasos, entre los que se encuentra instalar una centralita reprogramable para ajustar al máximo el rendimiento y una admisión completa en carbono que permita obtener algún cv extra.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Y es que Roberto tiene muy claro que un coche así debe disfrutarse como se merece: cuidándolo pero exprimiendo todo su potencial. Por eso utiliza este coche frecuentemente tanto en su día a día como recorriendo multitud de eventos y trackdays, Incluso ha pisado Nürburgring, la meca de cualquier «tracktoolero». Seguro que a Roberto le esperan muchos años más de disfrute junto a esta joya de M3.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Un museo al aire libre en La Llotja</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La jornada principal, celebrada el domingo en La Llotja de Lleida, reunió alrededor de 130 vehículos cuidadosamente seleccionados por la organización, transformando la plaza en un auténtico escaparate del motor.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desde primeras horas de la mañana, el ambiente ya dejaba claro el nivel del evento, con preparaciones de altísimo nivel donde los aficionados podían detenerse horas a explorar cada detalle de los coches presentados.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Participantes llegados de distintos puntos de España, junto a aficionados de Francia y Andorra, elevaron el nivel del evento con proyectos que poco tienen que envidiar a los grandes encuentros europeos.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pero si algo define a <a href="https://stancecaragol.com/" title="Stance Caragol">Stance Caragol</a> es su filosofía: aquí no importa la cantidad, sino la calidad. La organización —nacida en 2014 como una iniciativa entre amigos apasionados por el motor— mantiene una selección estricta que garantiza una exposición homogénea y de alto nivel.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Lejos del típico evento estático, Stance Caragol apuesta por una experiencia completa. La edición 2026 arrancó el sábado con una ruta, reforzando ese componente social que forma parte del ADN del evento. No se trata solo de mostrar coches, sino de cómo se vive y se comparte esta afición junto a amigos, familia y nueva gente que se va conociendo en cada evento.</p>

Lo que empezó como una reunión entre amigos es hoy un evento de referencia que sigue creciendo sin perder su esencia: pasión, comunidad y calidad.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Carlos viajó a Japón en 2018, y lo vivido allí le cambió la percepción de la cultura del motor, tras experimentar de primera mano lo que supone la escena JDM para la cultura del país.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A partir de allí la obsesión de Carlos fue adquirir un deportivo japonés de los 90, un modelo que le transmitiera la pura esencia de la ingeniería automotriz japonesa de la época. Finalmente, tras ver varias unidades se lanzó a ir a Cartagena a por este Supra.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Una vez adquirido, el coche ha sufrido un proceso completo de puesta a punto del mítico motor 2JZ biturbo de 6 cilindros y 3.000cc, e incluso se le sustituyó la caja de cambios automática de origen por una manual.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Además, en la parte mecánica se aplicaron ciertas mejoras como un nuevo intercooler de alto flujo y nuevos sistema de admisión y escape.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En la parte dinámica, y buscando además el enfoque estético, Carlos montó un sistema de suspensión deportiva rebajando la altura, en combinación con llantas en 19”.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Por el resto, Carlos ha preferido mantener la estética de origen, ya que es un auténtico enamorado de sus formas aunque si que le ha dado pequeños toques y accesorios para construir una unidad única.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">El pasado 15 de febrero tuvo lugar una nueva edición de ROOW, la nueva serie de eventos en formato festival nacida para revolucionar la escena del motor en nuestro país.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">El evento se organizó de forma integrada con las Winter Series, un campeonato que reúne carreras de GT, Fórmula 4, GT4 y prototipos en intensas sesiones con mucha acción y competitividad en pista. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A pesar de la meteorología adversa con fuertes vientos, el evento se pudo reorganizar pasando del formato de fin de semana a una única jornada de domingo pero que concentró el mismo nivel de acción.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Gymkhana Drift</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Más allá de las pruebas de velocidad en pista, ROOW 2026 amplió su experiencia con una Gymkhana de drift sobre un trazado dedicado en el paddock del circuito que atrajo tanto a participantes como a aficionados.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Este espacio de drift fue uno de los grandes imanes del evento, con coches preparados para el espectáculo desafiando los límites en cada curva en batallas apasionantes.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Toda esta actividad en pista, expo y drift se complementó además con muchos atractivos para complementar el ambiente <strong>festivalero</strong>: el público disfrutó de escenarios con música, zona comercial y gastro, y un sinfín de actividades interactivas que conectaron marcas, pilotos y fans en un ambiente único. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cada evento de <a href="https://motormotive.es/tag/roow" title="ROOW ">ROOW </a>sigue creciendo en intensidad y público, y es que esta reciente marca ya está creando su propia comunidad. Se ha demostrado que cada edición de ROOW es algo más que una exhibición de coches, es un auténtico festival para cualquier aficionado al motor.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Un encuentro para la comunidad</strong> petrolhead</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Más allá de un evento al uso, Volrace Clubs se viene consolidando como un punto de encuentro para clubes, donde aficionados de todas las edades se unen para pasar un día de hermandad y presentar algunas de las preparaciones y coches más exclusivos del país.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desde primera horas de la mañana, el ambiente en el circuito se llenó de aficionados, coches y motos de todas las épocas y estilos que pudieron exhibirse, junto a un completo programa de actividades preparado por la organización.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Experiencia en pista y actividades para todos</strong></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Volrace &amp; Clubs no sólo destacó por la exposiicón estática, sino también por las actividades paralelas en paddock y pista, con exhibiciones de drift, freestyle, stunt y todo ello amenizado con entrevistas a personas relevantes del sector, así como una actividad musical completa, donde destacaron los sets del dúo navarro Discodelia.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En resumen, Volrace &amp; Clubs se convirtió en una oda a la cultura del automóvil, y desde luego no hay mejor manera para comenzar la temporada 2026 por todo lo alto.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Omar se propuso llevar a cabo un proyecto stance buscando un resultado fino pero con la máxima originalidad, para lo cual tomó una base tan poco explotada en nuestro país como es el Opel Insignia, sobre el que se invirtieron muchas horas de trabajo, piezas cuidadosamente seleccionadas y una gran dosis de buen gusto. El resultado habla por sí solo.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Estilo stance como objetivo</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La principal idea de Omar fue darle ese look stance, buscando una integración perfecta entre llantas y aletas, y dejando el coche prácticamente en el suelo. Para ello, se instaló una suspensión neumática Nas Sport de 4 vías independientes, comandada por control digital, y regulada a la perfección tanto para la posición «estática» como para distintas posiciones de rodaje. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pero las protagonistas de esta preparación son sin duda las llantas. Tras pasar por otros modelos, este Insignia montó finalmente unas llantas Bentley Mulliner 2. Se trata de una edición especial creada por Mulliner, la <a href="https://www.bentleymedia.com/es/company/mulliner" title="división de personalización">división de personalización</a> y carrocería de Bentley, y que se ofrecían de forma opcional para montar en los Bentley Continental GT más exclusivos. Son unas llantas de dos piezas, en 20&#8243;, y con un acabado bitono combinando un gris antracita claro en el núcleo y el pulido de los aros que sin duda da una imagen muy original.  </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Detalles especiales y un toque OEM+</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pasando a la carrocería, si bien el resultado final es muy fino, el trabajo no está exento de muchas horas de taller y de una selección muy detallada de todos los componentes.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Por una parte, se observa el gran trabajo de chapa para ajustar las aletas al nuevo combo de suspensión y ruedas. Por otra, Omar buscó un toque OEM+ equipando principalmente componentes propios de la casa Opel, concretamente de la división OPC (Opel Performance Center) y del preparador oficial Irmscher.   </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En la parte delantera incorpora calandra y paragolpes delanteros de Insignia OPC, al que se le ha incorporado un lip del preparador Maxton Design que agudiza la imagen deportiva del morro.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En la parte posterior se incorporó un difusor trasero Irmscher, desde donde asoman las colas de escape ovaladas de Audi RS4.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Todo este trabajo de carrocería se completó bajo un cambio de color completo a Vert Olivine de Peugeot (característico del último Peugeot 308), que contrasta muy bien con muchos componentes pintados en negro piano, como las molduras laterales y traseras (de aspecto cromado en origen), o el difusor trasero.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Otros aspectos que rematan la imagen exterior son las carcasas de espejos en carbono forjado, los faros delanteros con fondo negro brillo y módulos USA, o los pilotos traseros con look oscurecido. Igualmente, en contraste con la sobriedad del conjunto encontramos el toque divertido en detalles como la iluminación dinámica por todos los bajos del coche, o los cinturones en rojo.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mecánica mejorada</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Más allá del aspecto estético, este Insignia también ha recibido una dosis de trabajo sobre el motor 2.0 16v turbo, incorporando una admisión K&amp;N, una línea de escape completa elaborada de forma artesanal y una downpipe hecha a medida. Para aprovechar y ajustar el rendimiento del motor a todos estos elementos, el trabajo se completó con una reprogramación electrónica a stage1+, ofreciendo como resultado 279cv de potencia máxima y 444Nm de par. Además, para complementar el sonido ya de por si bueno con la nueva línea de escape, electrónicamente se programaron «pops and bangs» para que escuchar este Insignia sea todo un espectáculo.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En definitiva, Omar logró su objetivo: construir un coche muy exclusivo y completamente hecho a su gusto, sobre una base poco vista, con el que recorre gran parte de los principales <a href="https://motormotive.es/category/eventos" title="">eventos</a> de todo el panorama nacional, y donde no deja indiferente a nadie. Este Insignia es una buena combinación de trabajo y buen gusto.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Preparaciones de altísima calidad</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">El pasado mes de septiembre, el Recinto Ferial de El Berrocal, en el municipio de Plasencia (Extremadura), albergó la cuarta edición de <a href="https://www.instagram.com/lowdiamond_/?hl=es" title="">Low Diamond</a>, un evento que ya se ha consolidado como referencia para muchos amantes de los coches preparados, especialmente del estilo stance.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Al <a href="https://motormotive.es/category/eventos" title="">evento </a>acudió más de un centenar de coches preparados de altísima calidad, provenientes no sólo desde distintos puntos de España, sino también de Portugal, principalmente por la cercanía a la frontera, pero también por el buen rollo y camaradería cada vez más presente entre aficionados y clubs de ambos países.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Esta «escena ibérica» creó un ambiente único, donde aficionados y público pudieron disfrutar de un fin de semana repleto de motor y buenos momentos.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">El Stance, estilo protagonista</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Entre todos los coches predominaba el estilo stance, con encajes perfectos de llantas exclusivas en carrocerías depuradas gracias a unos trabajos de suspensión neumática muy bien calculados. Las bases eran muy variadas, y es que cada vez más los nuevos proyectos buscan «romper moldes» arriesgando con preparaciones combinando bases, llantas y equipamiento poco vistas, creando preparaciones únicas.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A esto se une la recuperación de la tendencia de no sólo trabajar el exterior, sino que cada vez más las preparaciones alcanzan todos los detalles de los coches: interiores, motor, chasis, car audio.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Todo esto está haciendo que la escena en la Península Ibérica vaya tomando cada vez más nivel, y el evento de Low Diamond fue la prueba fehaciente de ello.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ruta, expo y muy buen rollo</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">El evento no se limitó a la exposición estática. Como en anteriores ediciones, la Organización preparó una ruta por los alrededores para todos los participantes, donde los coches se pudieron lucir en movimiento, algo que siempre es muy agradecido por el público y los propios protagonistas, pero que también sorprendió gratamente a aquellas personas que se encontraron la escena.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Igualmente, junto a la zona de exposición se instalaron stands comerciales y diferentes opciones gastronómicas, complementando un escenario perfecto para disfrutar entre amigos.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Stance por una buena causa</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Uno de los aspectos más destacados de Low Diamond es su carácter benéfico. En esta edición, la recaudación íntegra se dedicó a la ASCAPAS (Asociación de Sordos de Plasencia y Norte de Cáceres), que trabaja en la integración y apoyo a personas con discapacidad auditiva en la provincia. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Además de esta buena causa, el evento es muy apreciado en la zona por la atracción de turismo y promoción que supone, lo que permitió también que entidades públicas y comercio local se volcaran de lleno con el evento apoyando a la organización, tanto económicamente como a la hora de conceder permisos y otros recursos.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Evento consolidado</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La edición de 2025 de Low Diamond fue un auténtico éxito en cuanto a afluencia, variedad de vehículos, ambiente y propósito, gracias a esta combinación de motor, ocio y solidaridad. Low Diamond es un evento anual ya consolidado, y tanto es así que la organización ya está inmersa en la preparación de la V Edición, que volverá a Plasencia en septiembre de 2026.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Predominó el JDM, pero no fue el único estilo</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">El <a href="https://motormotive.es/category/eventos" title="evento">evento</a>, organizado por parte de <a href="https://www.instagram.com/club_nipon_ourense/" title="Club Nipon Ourense">Club Nipon Ourense</a> con mucha antelación y con una gran acción promocional previa, atrajo a amantes de los coches modificados desde todas las partes de España y Portugal.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Los míticos deportivos y hatchback japoneses de los 90, incluyendo joyas muy exclusivas que nunca llegaron a Europa de forma oficial, convivieron con otro tipo de preparaciones de estilo stance, racing o tuning “old school”, todos ellos dispuestos de forma dispersa a lo largo de los 14.000 m² del recinto. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Esta disposición permitió al público y asistentes poder ver y analizar cada coche en todo su esplendor, y a los fotógrafos y filmmakers poder captar las mejores tomas.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">El escenario era tan idóneo que el propio evento sirvió para que muchos particulares y preparadores hicieran las presentaciones oficiales de sus nuevos proyectos, congregando a gran parte de público y media en cada una de las ceremonias de «destape» de cada coche.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cultura japonesa y muchas actividades</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">El Auto Salón Nipón no se enfocaba como un evento de coches más, sino que pretendía atraer a España el ambiente propio de los grandes salones japoneses, mezclando grandes preparaciones con la cultura urbana del motor. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ambientación musical con DJs o exhibiciones de Cosplay que mostraron la calidad y rigor de sus trajes por todo el recinto fueron parte de la atmósfera underground que se vivió durante todo el fin de semana.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Con esta edición 2025, y la gran acogida que ha tenido por parte de participantes y público, el Auto Salón Nipón en Ourense se consolida no sólo como un evento automovilístico más de Galicia, sino como una referencia anual para aficionados de todos los puntos de la Península.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La localidad de Pola de Allande, en pleno corazón de Asturias, acogió la primera edición de <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DMgHel2omy4/" title="The Capital Stance">The Capital Stance</a>, un nuevo evento que atrajo a muchos aficionados al <a href="https://motormotive.es/tag/stance" title="stance ">stance </a>desde distintos puntos de España y Portugal.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hasta The Capital Stance se desplazaron una gran cantidad de coches con preparaciones de altísima calidad, previamente pre-seleccionados por la organización. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Una de las claves de este evento, desde su origen, era precisamente eso, valorar la calidad sobre la cantidad, pero eso sí, permitiendo que público y acompañantes pudieran disfrutar tanto como los propietarios.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Los diferentes espacios del pueblo dispuestos por la organización, con la colaboración de las autoridades locales, empresarios y particulares, permitieron exponer los coches en escenarios únicos que dejaron imágenes impresionantes, no sólo grabadas en las cámaras de los fotógrafos y filmmakers asistentes, sino sobre todo en los que pudieron presenciar estas escenas en vivo.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Más allá de la exposición estática, The Capital Stance se planteó como un evento muy dinámico, donde los participantes pudieran convivir en distintas actividades programadas durante el fin de semana.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sobre todo destacó la ruta por las impresionantes carreteras de montaña que recorren paisajes de infarto, y donde se pudieron lucir los coches como mejor se disfrutan, en movimiento.</p>
